Enquiries

When you submit the form, the details you provide are sent through Formspree to Blackbox Labs so we can respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page activity and successful enquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser and usage information. Names, email addresses, company names, websites and message text entered into the enquiry form are not included in the custom analytics events implemented on this website.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries, to understand how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited. Meta may use cookies and process device, browser and usage information, including the pages you view and whether an enquiry was sent.

Campaign information

Campaign labels, advertising click identifiers, the landing page and referring website may be kept temporarily for your browser session and included with your enquiry to help us understand how you found us.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Netlify. Google provides analytics, Meta provides advertising measurement, and Formspree processes form submissions. These providers process information using their own systems and may process it outside your country.
